    Shipments will be made by express courier and insured for the total value of the items ordered.

    In general, any information regarding delivery dates is to be considered approximate and therefore not legally binding.

    Returns Policy
    Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Article 50 of article 68 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Rights of the Consumer – SECTION II – MAIL ORDER/E-COMMERCE. This legislation provides the consumer with the right to withdraw from contracts, guaranteeing the right to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred. Our returns policy does not apply to damaged goods.

    Should the customer decide to return the item(s), an email to this effect must be sent to admin@emmagaggio.com within 14 working days of receiving the item(s). The cost of shipping the item(s) to our office will be met by the customer who must also prepare suitable packaging in order to avoid damage during transport.

    We will provide a full refund (excluding the costs of returning the item or items) via PayPal or bank transfer within 15 working days from the date we receive the goods. In order to complete the transaction, we require the customer’s PayPal email address or their bank account details for the wire transfer.
